Sheila Carter Sharpe has done many shocking things on The Bold and The Beautiful over the years. However, genuinely falling in love has to be by far the most unexpected and shocking of them all! All these decades we thought that the only one person she could ever truly love was herself. But she did surprise us all with her genuine love and care for Deacon Sharpe.
While many fans are actually liking this bizarre but enjoyable track, there are some B&B fans who still canβt seem to wrap their head around the pairing! Some of those fans recently expressed their dislike rather publicly on the social media platform, X. However,Β actor Sean KananΒ did not waste any time before rising up to his, as well as, Deacon and Sheilaβs defense.

It all started when Sean reposted a post about Deacon and Sheila, and wrote, βKind of funny that these two actually have one of the healthiest relationship on @BandB_CBS #BoldandBeautiful #Sheacon,β Unfortunately, it triggered a fan and they pointed that choosing Sheila despite of all the crimes she has done in past, isnβt a good look on Deacon.
Sean felt like he needed to defend himself as an actor for the choices he has made, and replied that his βΒ job is to give 100% to whatever storyline (he is) fortunate enough to play.βΒ The fan quickly clarified that they did not mean to attack Sean as an actor. Instead, all they meant to say was that theyβd rather see Deacon playing a different storyline, sans Sheila.
Well, we know that soap fandoms are really passionate and vocal about their opinions. Thus, no matter what choices the characters make in a soap, there will always be some fans who wonβt agree with it. Having said that, we do have to agree thatΒ Deacon has been a total green flag to Sheila all along!
